Corn Bread Shawns
1 Servings
1 1/2 Cup Yellow cornmeal
2 Large Eggs
1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Tbl Butter
1/2 Cup All purpose flour
1 Cup Buttermilk
3 Tbl Honey
1 Cup Sugar (optional)
1 Tbl Salt
Preheat oven to 350f
Add all dry to a bowl and mix together.
Add all wet in ANOTHER bowl and mix.
Rub butter all over pan, mix the wet into the dry mixing well.
pour mix into the pan, and bake for 30 mins. (or until done)
Brush butter on top of cooked cornbread and serve hot.
The optional sugar depends on how sweet you like corn bread and if
you are using it for a desert or to go along with your meal.
